P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that U.S. mail orders cannot be traced and tracking numbers will not be provided.

 

Canadian Orders

For Canadian customers, we ship packages using UPS standard ground. Our Canadian shipping cost structure includes Canadian duties, taxes and shipping costs. If you need assistance, please email ecommerce@youandthemat.com.

 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds/Credits

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible return service. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) for a full refund, credit or exchange. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please email us at ecommerce@youandthemat.com.

 

Products Purchased on youandthemat.com or at our Studio Location

  • Returns and exchanges can be made through youandthemat.com or at our studio location. If you can’t find what you want, we’ll gladly issue you a refund or a You and the Mat credit.
  • Refunds will only be issued with proof of purchase from either youandthemat.com or our studio location.
  • If you’re sending your return or exchanges to the You and the Mat Studio location, follow the directions below.

Return Process

U.S. & Canadian Customers

  1. To return an item, we request that you reuse the original packaging. Please include a note with your name, return address and daytime phone number. List the item(s) you are sending back, the reason for the return and indicate if you would like the item replaced, repaired or refunded. Return authorization numbers are not required for returns from youandthemat.com.
    • To help ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse, we encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or U.S. mail (with delivery confirmation).
    • We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit, and will only assume responsibility for them once they are signed for by our Receiving Department.
  2. California State law requires that all garments returned for repair or exchange must be laundered. If the item has been worn, please wash it before you return it.

  4. Turnaround time for exchanges and replacements is usually 2–3 weeks (including ship time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post on your account. Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges may apply.
  5. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we are not able to repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on your return form.
