Bio.

Steph took her first yoga class as a teenager, however it wasn’t until her early 20′s that she began to embrace the practice and all its multi-layered benefits. As a dance major at UCLA, she stepped into a yoga class that changed the way she viewed movement, the human body, and the human experience of life and love. As yoga started to become her source of healing physically, emotionally, and beyond, she knew she wanted to share these healing benefits with others. With a focus on alignment and a equal amount of strength and relaxation, Steph’s classes aim to leave you feeling balanced in all aspects of self.

Steph completed her first 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2013. She has since completed an additional 200-Hour Teacher Training, as well as 300 hours with Annie Carpenter’s SmartFLOW Yoga. She has coached and led several teacher trainings in Orange County and the Bay Area. Steph teaches dance classes that combine yoga and modern/contemporary dance through her, 8th Limb Dance.
